You are monitored and motivated during every class. You will be mentally inspired to achieve your goals. People of all ages, sizes, and abilities are capable of the training program. We scale loads and intensity but do not change the program. You might not realize it, but the needs of a professional athlete are virtually the same as those of your grandparents, only differing in degree.
